Accompanists
Competitors needing accompaniment are required to arrange this themselves. The following list provides contact details for some local pianists prepared to accompany eisteddfod competitors.
Julia Booth     0412 692 459
Wendy Huddleston 6772 8514 / 0411 436 194
Sue Metcalfe (strings only)  6775 1165
Robyn Reid 6775 3147
Deidre Rickards 6771 1440
Jenny Warnock  6772 6279

It is the responsibility of the competitor to make arrangements with an accompanist at least three weeks prior to the performance, and to negotiate fees with the accompanist.

Dress Code
It is in a competitor’s own interest to pay special attention to dress and presentation when performing.  These make up part of the performance and are taken into consideration by the adjudicator.

Supervision
The Eisteddfod is privileged to have access to the OTC and Lazenby Hall, and asks parents and teachers to supervise students and children at all times.

Copyright

For all events, music or scripts for the adjudicator must be handed to the Music/script Supervisor before to start of the session.

If not made available, the competitor may be disqualified.

The title, composer/author and competitor’s details (name, event number, competitor number) must be clearly visible.

If not performing from memory, all competitors must perform from the original copy.

For all events, photocopies for the adjudicator must be accompanied by a completed Form No. 2, and photocopies for the accompanist must have a completed Form No. 5 attached to the music during the competition performance (see Downlaods)

Copies of these forms will be available at the venues and on the website.
