Volunteer Information Evening - Mon, Feb 27, 5.15pm

Enjoy a glass of wine and refreshments while finding out about the important and varied roles volunteers play in making Armidale’s annual eisteddfod a success.

The Armidale Eisteddfod, a celebration of our talented youth, is one of NSW’s largest regional eisteddfod events and this year it runs from May 21 to June 17.

It relies heavily on volunteers, with five needed for each session and three sessions held each day.

To encourage potential new helpers to come along and find out what is involved, a volunteer information evening will be held at NECOM, with wine and cheese, on Monday February 27, from 5.15 - 6pm.

Important Changes and Information

The closing date for entries has been put back a week to Friday 9th March, 5pm.

We have received enquiries regarding how an entrant's age is defined and the definition of terms such as "novice" (for example). You can find these definitions on this website in the "Rules and Regulations" Section. They will be incorporated into the Syllabus as soon as possible.
