1.     Entry Form

a) All entries must include a Cover Sheet and at least one (1) Entry Form.

b) These forms may be copied or downloaded from this website (see Downloads)

c) Multiple contestants may be entered on the same Entry Sheet.

d) All performers (and payments) for a duet or group must be on one  Entry Sheet.


2.     Entry Fees (for each event entered)
    
Standard Solo Event $7.00
Duet Events $14.00
Group Events $20.00
Music Composition $15.00
Age Championship Solo $15.00
Speech and Drama Championship $7.00
New England Championship $20.00


3.     Payment

a) Entries must be accompanied by the full amount owing for all entries.

b) All cheques and money orders are payable to Armidale Eisteddfod Society Inc.

c) Entry fees are not refundable.


4.     Lodgement

Entries must be posted or lodged before 5pm on Friday 9th March, 2012. Either by posting entry form and cheque/money order to:

or placing entry form and cheque/money order/cash in locked wooden box (labelled Eisteddfod Entries) located in NECOM Office, Old Teachers’ College, Mossman St, Armidale.
