The Eisteddfod Program is now being
finalised. To help with your planning...
The Schedule of Events provides a list of event times and sessions (but not details of individual entrants). Useful is you need to organise accompanists and make other arrangements. This will available online by the end of this week.
Some people have ordered a Schedule of Entries. This email provides full details of your entries, events, dates and sessions as per your Entry Form. Please note that this applies only to the Entry Form on which it is paid. If your child has been entered by their Music Teacher (on another Entry Form) these details are not supplied. These will be sent next weekend (28th/29th April).
The Printed Program estimated arrival time at Black Dot & NECOM - by the end of next week (May 4th).
IMPORTANT - We attempt to ensure our delivery of orders is timely and correct. If your email or your Program do not arrive by the 11th May DO NOT WAIT and do not complain at the Eisteddfod. Contact Bob on 6772-5482 to sort any problems out.

Helpers needed...
Mon/Apr/12 11:10 AM
The
Eisteddfod Society is still seeking volunteers to help run this
fabulous event. Experience is not necessary and volunteer jobs
consist of Doorkeeper, Music Collector, Adjudicator's
Assistant, Certificate Writer and Announcer. With three sessions a
day running over 23 days of Eisteddfod, we aim to have over 200
volunteers. If you would like to volunteer, please contact our
Eisteddfod Co-ordinator, Rachael Edmonds via email at :
co-ordinator@armidale-eisteddfod.org.au
Rachael will email you an information pack with details of the jobs required, with a form to fill out so we can best suit your availability.

Eisteddfod Update
Mon/Apr/12 11:08 AM
With only
11 weeks until the first 2012 Armidale Eisteddfod event,
organisation is stepping up! Over 1300 entries were received this
year, from our surrounding region and as far a field as the Gold
Coast! All entries have been entered and now being triple checked
by our dedicated Data-entry Team and Section Secretaries. Once
entries are checked and confirmed the planning and organisation of
the Eisteddfod Program begins. Programs will be available from
Black Dot Music, in Dangar St Armidale or will be posted out to
those who indicated so on their entry forms.
